upon request that contains prior entitlement history and documentation - summaries of salient development information, reports, and studies - etc.
Purchase and Sales Agreement (“PSA”) A Base PSA is available should the buyer wish to add time, after the Due Diligence Period, to verify the Buyer’s
business plan with agencies. Key terms include:
Feasibility Period: Buyer shall have a Feasibility Period to investigate all aspects of the property upon execution of the PSA.
Deposits: After the Feasibility Period, all deposits will be non-refundable and pass through to seller upon dates designated in the PSA.
Cancelation of Escrow: Buyer may cancel escrow at any time, but must immediately return the property in the same or better condition.
